Refresh Your Life - at Work, Home and Play

Refreshing your life is like refreshing a webpage - it ensures it's up to date.

Your life is all about your 'response-ability' - even if you cannot control changes that affect your life, you have total control over how you respond. Sometimes the changes are totally unexpected, sometimes you can see them coming (eg approaching retirement).

My Lifestyle Review Workshops show you a practical, positive, realistic and immediate process for deciding your own unique personal response. No cute tricks. It focuses on you painting your own positive picture of your true self, your passions, interests, skills. And, as usual, you learn more when you enjoy the process.

You are totally responsible for your life. Your work, passions, hopes, personal interests, stress levels, resilience, work/life balance...everything. The only person who can improve your lot in life is you.

Step outside yourself and watch yourself in action. Through my process, you get to see yourself differently, loving the real you, rather than the many roles you play in life, or the person others expect you to be.

Refreshing your life doesn't mean making major changes. Just some adjurstments and recalibrations, re-assessing where you want to allocate your energies.

"Time for me" is vital for vigorous personal growth, stress management, emotional resilience and work life harmony (more realistic than 'balance'). If work is no longer going to be the centre of your life, nurturing the real you becomes even more important .

When you lose yourself in an interest you love, you find yourself. The real you comes alive, lifting your self esteem, self confidence and sense of self worth. . It's nature's most abundant source of sustained emotional energy,
