Uncluttering a Cluttered Lifestyle

We increasingly clutter our lives with the baggage we accumulate over the years. It complicates our thinking, stresses our minds and eventually impacts on our health. To maximise our natural potential, we need to unclutter our minds and re-discover our authentic self

But we spend so much time and effort playing roles that suit others we forget the real, uncluttered self. If we overdo the role-playing we build a life based on others' expectations and forget to follow our natural passions. Not good. Burnout signs are becoming increasingly evident.

"Time for me" is vital for vigorous personal growth, stress management, emotional resilience and work life harmony (more realistic than 'balance'). Nurturing the real you becomes even more important if work is no longer going to be the centre of your life.

True life and work satisfaction now demand that you give adequate attention to allowing the real you to grow naturally. It doesnt mean making wholesale changes. Just 'tweaking' your life style slightly will allow you to more fully express your true self, activate suppressed passions and develop your unique talents.

Think how much more productive you are doing what you enjoy, compared to what you don't like doing. The difference is what I call "the enjoyment factor". It has a major bearing on life satisfaction and maximising natural potential.

When you lose yourself in an interest you love, you find yourself. The real you comes alive. It's nature's most abundant source of sustained emotional energy, lifting your self esteem, self confidence and sense of self worth. You constantly replenish the mental and emotional energy you need to sustain a healthy, productive life - at work, home and play.

My totally positive Lifestyle Review workshops re-acquaint people with their authentic self, their unique talents, passions and favourite interests. Participants focus on what deepens their sense of quality living.
