CREATING A MEGATREND OF HUMAN SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainability is said to be the new global megatrend. But perhaps the greatest global energy crisis gets little mention in this context - human energy. 21st century prolonged excessive stress, rapid changes and 24/7 pressure, human energy are creating the real risk of total burnout. WHY EMPLOYEES' LEISURE INTERESTS ARE GOOD FOR BUSINESS

We all possess unique skills and talents, many of which come to the fore only when pursuing passionately-enjoyed leisure interests. But the situation has rapidly evolved since and it is time I updated my views.  Read more
